It all started when...

Deborah began working with adolescents and families in 2000.  At the time she had no notion of entering the field of counseling, she simply wanted a job that mattered.  During this tenure she served as Coordinator for a girls residential treatment program in Juneau, AK and Director of a homeless shelter for adolescents in Santa Fe, NM.  She began working as a therapist after completing a degree in clinical social work in 2009, where she trained in family systems therapy and addiction recovery.  She has worked as a therapist with families, emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, adults, and couples.  Most recently she developed the Medication Assisted Treatment program for opioid addiction at Front Street Clinic in Juneau, AK, while she served as their primary care integrated behavioral health clinician.
