It all started when...

Deborah began working with adolescents and families in 2000.  At the time she had no notion of entering the field of counseling, she simply wanted a job that mattered.  Among other positions she served as the coordinator for an all girl's residential treatment program in Juneau, AK and the director of a homeless shelter for adolescents in Santa Fe, NM.  She began working as a therapist after completing a degree in clinical social work in 2009, where she trained in family systems counseling and addiction recovery.  She has worked as a therapist with families, emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, adults, and couples.  Most recently she developed the medication assisted treatment program for opioid addiction at Front Street Clinic in Juneau, AK, where she served as their primary care integrated behavioral health clinician.
